This page describes the inquiry features provided by RigidFlexPCB. Contact [email protected] with questions about information you have submitted or to request access, correction, or deletion.

Information in a project inquiry

The form collects the contact details and project specifications you choose to provide, including any uploaded manufacturing files and tool parameters. Name and email are required for the inquiry workflow. Provide only information necessary to evaluate your request and only files you are authorized to share. Do not submit sensitive personal records or controlled technical data without first arranging an appropriate handling process.

Purpose and access

Inquiry information is used to respond, discuss engineering requirements, and prepare a project-specific quotation. The inquiry workflow stores a record in the website administration system and sends a notification to the designated inquiry mailbox. Authorized personnel may share relevant requirements with manufacturing partners for the requested review. Ask about the intended partner or any confidentiality arrangement before submitting files that require special handling.

Files and automated protection

Files submitted through the RFQ workflow are available through authorized administration access rather than public media-library links. The form uses a hidden spam field, rate limiting, and self-hosted ALTCHA proof-of-work verification to reduce automated abuse. The self-hosted protection checks requests on this site without requiring an external verification account. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled as an alternative, its widget involves requests to Cloudflare. Site hosting and mail providers process information needed to operate the service.

Tools and measurement

Design-tool calculations run in your browser. Selecting the result’s quote button places the technical parameters in the quote-page URL and form; avoid entering personal information into tool fields. Conversion events identify actions such as submission, email-link clicks, and online-quote-link clicks without including form text, names, email addresses, or uploaded file contents in the event payload. Daily aggregate conversion counts are stored for up to 180 days without contact fields, project parameters, or visitor identifiers. A temporary keyed hash of the connection address limits repeated event requests for 15 minutes. Existing site analytics or consent controls may separately describe their use of cookies.

Retention and requests

Contact the inquiry mailbox to discuss the information associated with your request, the handling of project files, or removal when it is no longer needed. Ask us to confirm the applicable retention arrangements and responsible contact for your project before sharing information that requires a specific agreement. Information needed for an ongoing request, agreed recordkeeping, or service administration may require a specific review before removal.
